Q: WILL I NEED AN APPOINTMENT TO VIEW YOUR DRESSES?

Answer: Yes you will need to make an appointment to view our dresses. This is simply to provide you with the most personal one to one, experience possible. You will receive our undivided attention without interruption as you personally browse our wedding studio.

 

Q: HOW LONG IS THE APPOINTMENT?

Answer: We offer a 90 minute 1st Bridal Consultation.  This length of time enables us to work with you, talk to you, and to find out your style preferences and gives you ample time for trying on gowns.

 

Q: HOW MANY DRESSES CAN I TRY ON?

Answer: Essentially you can try on up to 10 dresses in your first appointment, but in our experience and with our guidance most brides try on approximately 4-5 dresses before settling on a particular style.

 

Q: WHAT IF I DON'T FIND MY DRESS ON THE FIRST APPOINTMENT?

Answer: Don’t worry, we realise that this is one of the most important purchases you will make in life, so we offer a 2nd bridal consultation where you can come back and retry on the dresses you liked.

 

Q: WHO SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?

Answer: Its entirely up to you. Some people bring mum or sister, while others bring bridesmaids or friends.  We recommend you bring no more than 2 people with you, as too many opinions can ruin the experience for you.  The best person to bring is someone who you completely trust and that has your best interests at heart.

 

Q: I DON’T KNOW WHAT STYLE OF DRESS I AM LOOKING FOR, IS THIS A PROBLEM?

Answer: Have no fear, with many years of experience, we know what dresses will suit you, so come with an open mind and we will gently guide you through the process. We know how to dress our brides.

 

Q: HOW SOON IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER MY GOWN?

Answer: Orders take approx 16-24 weeks for brides, bridesmaids 16 weeks or we can place a rush order which will entail a surcharge.

 

Q: HOW MUCH DEPOSIT WILL I HAVE TO PAY WHEN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Answer: We will need a 50% deposit on all orders, the balance will be paid when the gown arrives in store.
